Autocratic leadership is a management style where a single leader has complete control over a group or organization, making all decisions and expecting unquestioning obedience from subordinates. Autocratic leaders often have little to no input from others, and they make decisions based on their own ideas of what's best. They may also create rules and highly structured work environments, and discourage creativity and unconventional thinking.
